In Tamilnadu Inequity Between The Quality Of Education In Rural And Urban Schools Remains An Unresolved Challenge. Developing Countries Are Especially Vulnerable, With Factors Such As Poverty, Hunger, And Violence Contributing To Lower Performance In Rural Schools.

Across The Tamilnadu, The First Step To Improving Students’ Education Is To Physically Get Them To School In The First Place. For Many Countries, Particularly In Rural Areas, A Number Of Children Drop Out At The End Of Primary School To Help Support Their Families.

Rural Tamilnadu Paints A Different Picture. It Is Not Unusual To See Countless Villages Where Education Is Disregarded. People From These Areas Are Oblivious To The Concept Of Getting An Education And Prefer To Overlook The Potential Of Schooling Their Little Ones. They Are Unaware Of The Opportunities After Education. Hence, There Is A Crucial Need To Help Them Realize And Create Awareness About Education.

Our Solution

We Planned Provide Educational Facilities To More Than 60 Rural Villages In Tamilnadu. We Conduct Educational Campaigns And Highlight The Plethora Of Opportunities That Lay In Store    For Young Kids. In An Effort To Build On Our Work, We Identify Students Who Are Good At Academics And Provide Them With The Necessary Support.

In An Initiative To Weed Out This Issue, The Agam Foundation Has Taken The Onus Of Spreading Awareness About The Importance Of Education In Villages. To Motivate People Further, We Have Worked To Shed Light On  Government Policies And Schemes, Which Have Been Implemented For Their Benefit. We Conduct Sessions And Explain The Students And Their Parents About The Opportunities That Arise After Post Education. We Help Them Understand About The Various Jobs They Can Do After Completing Education.

To Back Our Role As An Inclusive Educational Institution, We Have Rendered Scholarships To Deserving Children Who Show An Interest In Attaining Education But Lack The Financial Support. Our Purpose Is To Take Education To The Underprivileged Children And Empower Them For Life!

On The Benefit Side, Showing Parents That Each Additional Year That A Child Spends In School Increases Their Eventual Earnings Can Persuade Them To Keep Children There For Longer.

Our Program That Consistently Improves Learning Outcomes, Such As Providing Lesson Plans, Regular Monitoring And Mentoring Of Teachers, And Teaching Problem-solving Skills. The Latter Shifts The Teaching Away From Rote Learning And The Traditional “sage On Stage” Approach.

Agam Foundation Planned, Classrooms Stocked With Textbooks, Paper And Pencils Are Essential To A Quality Education. We Provide School Supplies Like Microscopes And Computers Are Critical Tools That Enable Students To Learn. Yet, Many Schools In The Tamilnadu Rural Area's Lack The Fundamental Resources Critical To Providing An Excellent Education. These Select Us Work To Bring Much Needed Supplies And Infrastructure To Schools Across The Tamilnadu And Around The India.
